When will I receive my order?

Please check individual listings for further details but the current turnaround time for all items is 7-10 business days before your item is shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: Purchasing Express Post does not expedite your order, it will still take the above mentioned time frame for me to make your items. If you need your item sooner, please contact me before placing your order.

Customising items & custom orders

Most of my pieces are customisable. If the colour, size etc. isn't right, or if you are looking for something specific I would be more than happy to create a custom order for you. Please contact me with the details of what you are after and we can go from there.

Postage & shipping

I post all orders via Australia Post.

Do you sell/ship your items to the US?

I am currently unable to sell/send my items to the US under any circumstances as my insurance policy does not allow it.

Colours & samples

I do my best to show the actual colours used, however, monitors and screen resolutions can affect the colour from computer to computer and screen to screen. Please allow for some variations. I would be more than happy to send you a sample piece of any yarn/trim, just contact me.

My item looks different to what was pictured

Each item is made to order and is lovingly made and assembled by hand. All tassels are made and tied by me.

Due to the handmade nature of my items, slight variations may occur and can appear slightly different to the item pictured. I take great care in choosing the best materials to use, but due to the natural nature of some of them - especially the wooden/rattan/cane supplies - some may have minor flaws visible (slight discolouration/knots) and are not always symmetrical.  If you are unhappy with an item, please contact me.

Do you wholesale?

Due to the many customisable elements of my products I don't normally offer my products for wholesale, but I do drop ship.  Please contact me for more information.
