Please choose your items carefully and read the applicable product descriptions as I only replace/refund items if they are deemed to be defective or damaged.
I do not refund or exchange on change of mind, changes in circumstance or incorrect ordering.
I take the utmost care when providing accurate product descriptions and I thoroughly check and carefully package your items before sending them to you.
In the unlikely event that your item/s is/are defective, damaged or incorrect (i.e. I've sent you the wrong product by mistake), please contact me via email (email@example.com) within 7 days of receiving your order to make arrangements. Please provide a description and photos of the fault or issue.
